It all began with a true appetite for the art of cuisine, where Liberty embarked on a culinary journey that landed her at Le Cordon Bleu in London. Following her graduation, she headed to Paris where she trained at the well known, Hotel Luticia, working closely with the chefs both in the savory and pastry kitchens. With a solid training, an unforgettable experience, and some serious culinary sass, it was time to head home to Los Angeles. Upon her return, Liberty began as a personal chef and catering private events. Slowly but surely she started to hone in on the table design and ambient details. Clients recognized Liberty was not just a chef in the kitchen but that she created an overall experience that completely surpassed the duties of a chef or caterer. Over the years as the catering company (significantly) grew, Liberty began offering full design and coordination services, providing her clients with an exclusive service for all of their entertaining needs.

Liberty is known for her one-on-one client approach, her meticulous attention to detail, and can maneuver through any glitches with the utmost of ease. She can scan a room and visualize something that others cannot even begin to imagine. With her hands in every aspect of your event, Liberty takes a very personal investment in each client, knowing that she is working with you to create a moment, an experience, and an unforgettable memory... she will move mountains to get you there.

Kelly GundersoN

Associate Coordinator

(We call her Kells or Dobby 1)

Kelly is brought to us from Portland Oregon, making the move to California for the sunny days and iconic Palm Trees. Upon her arrival she immediately fit right in with the team with her sweet and sassy demeanor! Kelly has very quickly gotten a grasp of the event world being that she was thrown directly into it with little room for training. With a keen sense for detail, Kelly thinks beyond the page... easily prepared for the last minute and extravagant client requests we receive. She adds a fresh insight on event trends and drums up ideas that we are excited to share with our clients. Although she began working here handling vendor and venue correspondence, her diverse skills have led her to take the lead in rental coordination and social media management. Kelly is also the office Dj, always matching the tunes to the vibe of the office…. Impromptu dance parties are definitely a thing here (Thanks Kells!). We are SO lucky to have her as a part of our team.


Ariel Fromm

Associate Coordinator

(Ariel like the Mermaid! AKA Dobby 2)

As the newest Lady Liberty Team addition, Ariel brings an unmatched energy usually resulting in comedic relief in the office. Organized and attentive, she has quickly taken on various tasks dipping her hands in all things Lady Liberty. Ariel came to us from Florida, by way of New Jersey, wanting to get a taste of the Los Angeles lifestyle.  With a theatrical background, she understands the importance of event entertainment and brings oodles of fun ideas to the table. Spontaneous sing alongs and choreographed dances have us laughing all the time.  With a curiosity for cuisine, Ariel loves to assist with the menu design for events, and her favorite part are the tastings! She also gets super excited about contract review and carefully reviews these important documents for us… Thanks Ariel!! In addition, she kills the venue research, transport, and all things logistical,  keeping all of our vendors informed with all the ins and outs.  As a Portugal trained yoga instructor, Ariel knows how to ground the team by leading us in short movement and breathing exercises after hours behind a computer. We can all use a breather… and she is a breath of fresh air. 


DALIT COHEN

Lead Coordinator & Logistical Management 

(Dah-leet or just call her D!)

Dalit has been an integral part of LADY LIBERTY EVENTS for more than 9 years now. As one of the lead coordinators, when Dalit is onsite, you know that your event will be handled with the utmost of care. The way Liberty and Dalit bounce off each other is not only comical but shows a true harmony in the way they approach and execute your event. When working with her, Dalit's kindness and attention to detail are always apparent and she will undoubtedly make you smile... a lot! Having gotten married in October 2015, Dalit knows first hand the nerves that a bride feels and the ease of knowing that the Lady Lib team will always have your back. In between impromptu dance parties, sips of chilled bubbly, and countless kisses from her pooch Frenchy, Dalit will always ensure that every "I" is dotted, every "t" is crossed and that every client feels as special as they truly are.

 

 

 

 


KIMBERLY ROOS

Director of Events

(She goes by Kim, or as we like to call her Kim-Bee)

Kim is a vital member of our team for over 3 years, with extensive experience in Television Production. She is our go-to when it comes to loading docs, venue logistics, schedules, shuttles, and all things tech. Kim knows the ins and outs of every event, making clients feel comfortable and well taken care of. She is the QUEEN of research and is our information guru. Once your venue is selected she will be able to give you the whole backstory and some fun tidbits of info on it. She has a passion for cuisine and has her hands in all the conceptual menu elements of your event. She gets things done with poise and kindness… even under extreme stress. In addition, Kim is always impressing us with her vast vocabulary and introducing us to fun words daily!


AMY GUEZ

Day of Assistant + Guest Concierge

(We call her Ames)

Amy is our little British ray of sunshine. She shows up to every event with positivity, energy and eagerness to work. She is up for any task and executes with efficiency. She has a great eye for design and style and can always count on her to set-up an event to our Lady Liberty standards. Amy is a mom of 3, so she is not new to the art of multitasking! She is extremely helpful and has excellent problem solving skills… hence why she is our guest concierge specialist. Her innate caretaker mentality shines through in any situation; whether it’s a bride in need, a guest with questions, or a top executive in need of assistance. She is our Mary Poppins who always has everything we could ever ask for in her bag!


anthony woodman

Jack of all Trades

(We call him Manthony)

Also known as MacGyver, Ant, and the Traveling Handyman. Anthony has been on Team Lady Lib since day 1 friends, DAY 1!! Anthony has been a driving force for Lady Liberty Events from the get go. He is the biggest supporter, cheerleader, helper, and will move mountains (this could be taken literally) to make sure that an event is executed to our vision and expectations. Anthony is a jack of all trades and that comes in VERY handy at every single event. From his knowledge in graphics to his skills to build/fix anything we KNOW we are in amazing hands when he is on board. VERY often you hear “Anthony we need you” while we are walking around with our radios on. And before we know it he comes running in (very enthusiastically we might add) to save the day. He is typically the only man on team LLE and let us tell you, he can hang. with. the. girls. He has us BUSTING up in laughter at all times with all of his shenanigans. His favorite thing is to scare the shit out of all of us and he will go to GREAT lengths to pull it off. We have only managed to get him back once but we are all still trying as a team to plan the perfect scare at our next offsite. Anthony beware.
